Question: How do I access my personal accounts?

Answer: Download the Park Bank Mobile app by searching "Park Bank Mobile" in the Apple App Store™ or in Google Play. Launch the app from your mobile device and enter your User ID and Password if you're an existing Park Bank Online Banking user. If you do not use Park Bank Online Banking, tap Mobile Only User? Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions.

Question: Why can’t I find the Check Deposit option?

Answer: Access is not available on our mobile website. To be able to deposit checks, launch the app.

Question: I forgot my Park Bank Mobile password. How do I get a new one?

Answer: Personal: Call 888-806-3805 for immediate assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Passwords cannot be reset via email.

Business: If you have forgotten your password for your Individual ID, please contact the administrator at your company. If you have forgotten your password for the Administrator ID, please call 800-733-9970, during the hours of 7:00 am - 8:00 pm Central time, Monday - Friday. Passwords cannot be reset via email.
